Catching rainwater in a vessel is an ancient rainwater tankpractice that is now making a come back for very practical reasons. Whether you live in a dry climate or not collecting rainwater from a roof or other flat surface and storing it in a cistern, tank or barrel for future use is easy and smart.

Depending on where you live you’ll find there are different reasons to collect rainwater.
